Our pasta making classes have inspired many of our customers to get creative in their kitchen! This year we wanted to add some additional culinary experiences to our cooking class list. We love discovering and supporting local entrepreneurs and food producers. When we find something we find really special we want to share it with our customers in-store!
We want you to meet some of the food producers we have had the pleasure of working with and learning from. We have two special classes added to our winter calendar with more in the spring so keep checking our website for details.
Our culinary cooking classes are a great way to connect with your "inner-foodie" and share time with friends. Book a class individually, with a friend or as a group.

Registration can be done online (www.pastatavola.ca) or by phone (1-613-779-9739) or in person at the shop. Pre-payment is required and class size is limited. If registering online, payment is required within 24 hours. PLEASE CONTACT PASTA TAVOLA FOR PAYMENT. First come, first serve. Waiting lists may be established for certain classes.
Pasta Tavola reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary. Due to demand and limited class size we require 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Please note that refunds will be in the form of a Pasta Tavola gift certificate.
Pasta Making Techniques - $95.00 + HST - January 14th or March 4th 2018 - 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. ~ CUCINA PASTA TAVOLA 109 N. Front Street
In this class, the Pasta Ladies will guide participants in the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. Participants will create long pasta, short pasta and stuffed pastas using a variety of tools and techniques. Favourite pasta and sauce recipes will be shared. When all is done, join the Pasta Ladies for an authentic Italian feast!
Pasta Sauce Fundamentals - $95.00 + HST - February 11th 2018 - 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.~ CUCINA PASTA TAVOLA 109 N. Front Street
In this class, participants will be instructed in an intimate setting, on the basic building blocks of Italian classic sauces. Drawing on traditional Italian culinary techniques, learn how to create red, white and fresh (crudo) sauces. This class will also introduce you to the fundamentals of pasta sauce pairing and participants will make their very own fresh pasta from scratch. After our hard work is done, the Pasta Ladies will serve up an authentic Italian feast!
